Tiny Dancer

One of Anna's dreams has finally come true...

Dance class!

She has been super excited ever since we gave her the class as a Christmas present.  And on Monday, she finally got to dress in her pink leotard, tights and ballet slippers.  Last year, a friend at church gave us a bag of hair bows her daughter no longer used.  One of them was a frilly white bow with a pink, plastic pair of ballet slippers in the middle.  She was thrilled to attach it to her ponytail.  And this morning, when we were trying to choose a bow, she declared that that bow was only for dance class!

Parents aren't allowed to watch and her teacher closed the door after class got started so I really have no idea what they did.  But as soon as class finished she came bounding out the door happy as a little clam.  Her explanation of what took place involved some jumping and looking in the mirror!

Our first parent observation day is in March so stay tuned for more pictures and video of our adorable tiny dancer!

Brings back memories of when Alyssa was a tiny dancer. Natalie's never done it and now that she's grown up in a gym has no desire.

Anna looks cute all dressed up in her dance gear. So glad her dream came true! :)
